There are lots of TV applications in the App Store and I’ve found the best application that will satisfy some of your TV hunger. Justin TV is an application that lets you watch all kinds of stuff that is available from that service. It’s not an actual TV service like Direct TV or something, but it does play live stream. There are over 2,500 live channels and you can chat with other viewers. With a one-time payment of $4.99 (on the iPhone), you can watch all kinds of things for free. The iPad version has everything in HD and costs $9.99. All you need is a good internet connection.
After downloading Justin TV, you can automatically start watching channels. It is optional to make an account with them, but you get more opportunities if you do. For example, you can search and follow your favorite streams and chat with viewers. Some other features are streams with AirPlay and broadcasting live video from your built-in camera. This does require iOS 4.0 or higher on iPhone 4 or iPod Touch 4.
The channels they have are somewhat decent. I got it because it plays some of my favorites. They have the Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad, South Park, Futurama, Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, and then some movies that you may know. The categories are Social, Entertainment, Gaming (is its own application now), Sports, News & Events, Animals, Science & Tech, and more. I have enjoyed this application and I think you will too. If you are interested in checking the application out for iPhone, click here. If you have an iPad and want to check it out, click here.
By the way if you are a guest, you wouldn’t want to miss out on an awesome application that iTouch Tech Talk is creating called Arcade Extravaganza. You can sign up from my VIP List by clicking here or you can check it out and learn more about this special application by clicking here.
